Erosion Matting / Blanket

Erosion Matting (Blanket) is a product used when a slope or area is not suited for a straw mulch due to the steepness and soil qualities.

Most commonly used erosion blanket is straw, but GML also offers:

> Coconut

> Biodegradable

> PSRM (permanent soil reinforcement)

> Coir Fiber

Matting has excellent sediment retention and offers more time for grass seed to root and germinate thereby providing a difficult growing environment a chance to retain the soil.
